Sienna is seeking an experienced Registered Practical Nurse to fill an existing vacancy, reporting to the Director of Care. Your responsibilities will include delivering nursing care that aligns with the resident's plan, overseeing care changes, and guiding support staff. Building supportive communication channels with residents and their families is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer nursing care in line with policies

• Ensure excellent personal care for residents

• Create supportive environments through teamwork

• Oversee and communicate resident care effectively

• Supervise and manage Personal Support Workers assigned to the unit

Requirements:

• Current RPN with the Ontario College of Nurses

• Experience in geriatrics or senior health highly desirable

• Good judgement and risk identification skills

• Legally authorized to work in Canada

• Pass required criminal background checks
