As a Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee the work of PSWs and HSWs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This position emphasizes building relationships with clients and promoting effective clinical practices through leadership and mentoring. Leverage your clinical skills to lead safety initiatives and support your team in optimal patient care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support community care staff

• Resolve concerns from staff, patients, and families

• Lead and engage staff through meetings and one-on-ones

• Conduct investigations for patient safety incidents

• Work with nurses on documentation compliance

Requirements:

• RN or RPN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in nursing

• Skilled in patient health assessment

• Experience in team management

• Valid driver’s license for transportation needs
