Position: Staff Education Coordinator & Care Leader
Location: Huntsville

Join Jarlette Health Services as Co-Director of Care and Staff Education Coordinator in Huntsville, Ontario, enhancing resident care standards and staff training.

In this full-time position, you will leverage your RPN or RN credentials to maintain quality nursing services and manage educational programs for staff. Your leadership will directly contribute to improving residents' health outcomes while ensuring the nursing team is well-equipped to fulfill their roles effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and evaluate resident care services

• Lead education programs for nursing staff

• Implement and coordinate home-wide healthcare initiatives

• Document assessments and progress for residents

• Enhance infection control practices and back care

Requirements:

• Valid registration with the College of Nurses in Ontario

• Two years of long-term care experience preferred

• Ongoing education commitment required
