As a crucial member of the care team, you'll report to the Director of Care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care according to established policies
• Promote excellent nursing and personal care practices
• Communicate regularly with residents and their families
• Supervise and guide Personal Support Workers effectively
• Conduct assessments for admissions and changes in status
Requirements:
• Valid Registered Practical Nurse status with Ontario College of Nurses
• Experience with geriatrics or rehabilitation is an asset
• Strong judgment and risk-fostering abilities
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check
