This temporary full-time role at Woods Park Community involves impactful nursing care aligned with established policies and individualized resident plans. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care according to established policies
• Ensure exceptional nursing and personal care is provided
• Foster communication and teamwork among staff
• Supervise Personal Support Workers on the unit
• Perform ongoing assessments and manage admission processes
Requirements:
• Current registration with the Ontario College of Nurses
• Experience in geriatrics or senior health is an asset
• Strong judgment and risk identification skills
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
• Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check
