This role requires nursing professionals committed to vital healthcare services. You will provide care in labour and delivery, using your acute medical/surgical experience. The position includes a signing bonus and tuition reimbursement for qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive obstetrical nursing care
• Assist in labor and delivery processes
• Monitor patients during postpartum recovery
• Maintain current certifications in nursing
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team
Requirements:
• Certificate in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• 2 years acute medical/surgical nursing experience
• 1-2 years experience in labour and delivery nursing
• IV certification and current BLS
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification
