Med Surg Registered Nurse Alliston

Provide patient and family focused nursing care as a Registered Nurse in Alliston, using assessment and critical thinking skills. This is a casual position.
Stevenson Memorial Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse for its Medicine department and interdisciplinary team. The position involves quality nursing care aligned with hospital standards, CNO requirements, and legislation. Strong communication, organization, decision making, and IV therapy skills support patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide quality patient and family focused nursing care
Initiate and maintain IV therapy
Facilitate patient and family centered care
Establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families
Promote safe and inclusive patient care practices
Requirements:
Registered and in good standing with CNO
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification or completion commitment
CC1 certification or completion commitment within six months
Availability for weekdays, weekends, and all shifts
Bring assessment, IV therapy, and patient centered nursing skills to Stevenson Memorial Hospital’s Medicine department in Alliston.
