Sienna Senior Living is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Owen Hill community. You will provide nursing and personal care while addressing residents’ physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs. The work follows provincial scope requirements, established policies, and Sienna standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent nursing and personal care
Assess resident health status and changing needs
Collaborate with residents or substitute decision makers
Implement and evaluate individualized goals of care
Provide nursing guidance and educational follow-up
Requirements:
Compassion for meaningful work supporting seniors
Registration with Ontario, British Columbia, or Alberta nursing college
Working knowledge of nursing equipment
Ability to prioritize work around resident needs
Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
