Key Responsibilities:

Assess and plan resident needs and care goals
Deliver skilled nursing procedures and personal care
Administer medications and complete required documentation
Collaborate with residents or substitute decision makers
Participate in interdisciplinary resident care conferences
Requirements:
BScN, BN, or equivalent nursing qualification
Current Registered Nurse registration with an applicable provincial college
Knowledge of nursing processes and geriatric care trends
Effective verbal and written English communication skills
Administrative, computer, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
