• Assess and plan resident needs and care goals
• Deliver skilled nursing procedures and personal care
• Administer medications and complete required documentation
• Collaborate with residents or substitute decision makers
• Participate in interdisciplinary resident care conferences

• BScN, BN, or equivalent nursing qualification
• Current Registered Nurse registration with an applicable provincial college
• Knowledge of nursing processes and geriatric care trends
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills
• Administrative, computer, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
