Support seniors as a Registered Practical Nurse at Sienna Senior Living, providing compassionate care, assessments, and family communication.
At Sienna Senior Living, the Registered Practical Nurse helps residents experience comfort, dignity, and respect in their home. Reporting to the Director of Care, you will provide care within the RPN/LPN scope and established requirements. You will also support staff, residents, and families through clear communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure excellent nursing and personal care for residents
Complete admissions, readmissions, and changes in resident status
Provide ongoing resident assessments and care oversight
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
Foster a welcoming, supportive environment through teamwork
Requirements:
Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with Ontario College of Nurses
Strong judgement and ability to identify risks
Ability to foster a positive work environment
Legal eligibility to work in Canada or valid work permit
Required provincial background check successfully completed
Use your practical nursing expertise, resident assessment ability, and communication skills to serve seniors through Sienna Senior Living.
