Evening Registered Practical Nurse

Registered Practical Nurse needed for evening care at Wood Park Community and Retirement in Barrie, supporting residents through assessment and communication.
Reporting to the Director of Care, this temporary part time position provides nursing and personal care within the RPN scope. You will follow policies, physician orders, and resident care plans while supporting residents and families. The role also includes supervising assigned Personal Support Workers and unregulated team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care within established policies and RPN scope
Deliver excellent nursing and personal care
Communicate regularly with residents and families
Guide staff and supervise assigned support team members
Assess admissions, readmissions, and changes in resident status
Requirements:
Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with Ontario College of Nurses
Good judgment and ability to identify risks
Legal eligibility to work in Canada
Valid work permit accepted where applicable
Vulnerable Sector or applicable Criminal Record Check
Bring sound nursing practice, resident assessment, and team communication to evening care at Wood Park Community and Retirement.
