Eco Guard Pest Control is hiring a Part-Time Pest Control Technician to support our growing residential and short-term rental (Airbnb) client base. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in doing the job properly, not rushing through appointments. You’ll be responsible for delivering professional, thorough pest control services while following company SOPs and provincial regulations.

• Perform exterior and interior pest control treatments
• Conduct proper inspections before treating
• Service residential, commercial, and Airbnb properties
• Complete work orders with accurate notes and time tracking
• Follow routing schedules and daily service plans
• Represent Eco Guard professionally at every property

• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and work quality
• Comfortable working independently
• Able to use a mobile phone for routing, check-ins, and documentation
• Physically able to work outdoors and lift equipment

• No rushed jobs or skipped inspections
• Proper service time on site
• Complete and accurate documentation every visit
• Professional communication with clients
• Willingness to follow SOPs and accept coaching
