Lead an effective crew and ensure top-notch arboricultural care for clients with Davey Tree Expert Co. in Bracebridge, Ontario. You will be a mentor and subject matter expert, providing an exceptional customer experience.

As an Arborist Foreperson, you will guide a team, manage job execution, and ensure safety while maintaining a strong customer focus. With a minimum of 2 years of experience required, you will also oversee equipment maintenance and lead various tree care services. Your expertise will enhance team skills and promptly meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely lead a crew in arboricultural care

• Plan and execute assigned tasks efficiently

• Supervise maintenance of tools and equipment

• Perform tree pruning and removal services

• Conduct tree inspections and manage customer service

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as an Arborist

• ISA certification or relevant enrollment in a program

• Valid driver's license for a 5-ton vehicle
