As a specialist, you will utilize your 3–5 years of experience to address customer concerns, coordinate quality assessments, and lead initiatives for continuous improvement. The role requires effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to uphold high automotive standards and meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate customer concern reports and action plans

• Facilitate solutions for internal and external quality issues

• Manage product validations and testing processes

• Conduct quality audits and implement improvements

• Support manufacturing through ongoing quality assurance

Requirements:

• Completion of diploma in mechanical/quality engineering

• 3–5 years of related experience in manufacturing

• ASQC certification (CQE) is preferred

• Knowledge of tier 1 automotive practices

• Excellent analytical and communication abilities
