As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will have high-level oversight of quality operations and report to the Director of Global Quality Assurance. This leadership position requires extensive experience in ensuring product quality and managing teams that support operational improvements across the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead QA operations and team performance management
• Resolve quality issues and perform root cause analysis
• Ensure quality specifications are met for new products
• Conduct supplier performance assessments and actions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Quality or Engineering
• At least 10 years of progressively responsible manufacturing experience
• 5–7 years leading in a supervisory role for QA
• Knowledge of quality tools like FMEA, root cause analysis
• Advanced skills in Microsoft products and reporting tools
