Step into the role of Quality Assurance Manager, overseeing compliance and quality in a regulated environment. Lead efforts to establish strong quality systems while ensuring adherence to key health regulations.
This hands-on leadership position focuses on managing the Quality Management System (QMS) to guarantee compliance with Health Canada, FDA, and EU standards. You’ll be responsible for managing audits, investigations, and collaboration within QA teams. Key areas of expertise include QMS documentation and regulatory agency interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead compliance with Health Canada and FDA regulations
• Manage internal and external quality audits
• Address customer and supplier quality issues
• Oversee QMS training and documentation management
• Facilitate CAPA and corrective action closure
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in a regulated industry experience
• Preferred
B.Sc. degree with GMP knowledge
• Experience with regulatory compliance required
• Proficiency in MS Office and eQMS tools
• Effective communication and team leadership skills
Drive quality initiatives and support regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
