Miller Group seeks a dedicated Laboratory Technician with a minimum of one year’s experience in Quality Control, particularly within the road or civil construction industry. You'll conduct asphalt tests, ensure that all equipment is calibrated, and participate in quality assurance activities. Knowledge of concrete testing and familiarity with nuclear gauges adds value to your candidacy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform asphalt mix tests with precision
• Calibrate and maintain testing equipment regularly
• Engage in quality management initiatives
• Conduct concrete testing when needed
• Utilize software for documentation and analysis
Requirements:
• 1+ year experience in Quality Control in construction
• Familiarity with nuclear gauges is preferred
• G2/G License is mandatory
• Must handle heavy lifting, up to 50 LBS
• Competent in Microsoft Office tools
