On-site Quality Assurance Manager in Stayner

Location: New Tecumseth

Take charge of quality compliance as a Quality Assurance Manager at an established firm in Stayner, ON. This hands-on, 18-month contract role focuses on navigating regulatory requirements and quality systems.

You will be responsible for maintaining the Quality Management System to comply with international standards set by Health Canada and the FDA. Your leadership will empower the team during product launches and ongoing manufacturing, ensuring the highest quality standards are met while maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee compliance with health regulations and GMP standards

• Host regulatory and customer audits

• Investigate and resolve quality complaints

• Manage internal and external audit programs

• Analyze KPIs and implement corrective actions

Requirements:

• Experience in a Health Canada or FDA regulated field (3–5 years)

• Relevant post-secondary education,

B.Sc. preferred

• Proficiency in MS Office and Trackwise eQMS

• Strong collaborative leadership style

• Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities
