This full-time position is crucial for maintaining the high standards of our life-saving products. You'll engage in bioburden testing and environmental monitoring while working in a dynamic team. Your efforts are vital in supporting our culture of trust and collaboration as we strive for exceptional quality across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily bioburden and environmental testing

• Collect samples from various facility locations

• Process biological indicators for sterilization

• Complete documentation for critical incidents

• Lead training and mentoring initiatives

Requirements:

• Related college diploma or university degree in Microbiology

• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role

• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills

• Knowledge of Aseptic Techniques; detail-oriented

• Flexibility for rotating shifts and overtime
