Position: Quality and Data Supervisor Role
Join New Path Youth and Family Services as a Data and Quality Supervisor in Barrie. This full-time temporary position focuses on data reporting and quality assurance within a supportive environment.

Reporting to the Director of Operations and Planning, you'll ensure the accuracy of agency data and produce insightful reports aligned with quality improvement standards. Your expertise will help implement effective data collection processes and facilitate program evaluations to enhance service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate to maintain CQI reporting and data accuracy

• Create detailed analytical reports and visualizations

• Implement AI tools to refine quality improvement

• Supervise and mentor the quality improvement team

• Participate in community representation activities

Requirements:

• Degree in relevant field like Data Analytics

• Minimum 5 years experience in Social Services, leading teams

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools

• Understanding of accreditation and compliance standards

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
