FSQA Technician - Food Production Safety

Location: Bradford West Gwillimbury

Enhance food quality and safety at Maple Leaf Foods as a full-time FSQA Technician in Bradford, ON. Focus on food safety, GMP, and HACCP compliance in a supportive team environment.

In this afternoon role, starting at 3 PM, you will monitor production operations and ensure that all food safety principles are applied effectively. You will need to challenge processes respectfully and drive improvements in quality performance. Your impact will be critical in maintaining the safety and integrity of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain the Quality Assurance Program

• Inspect materials, taking corrective actions as necessary

• Keep all quality control documentation up to date

• Support training for plant personnel in quality practices

• Monitor essential temperature settings in production

Requirements:

• Secondary education is required

• Prior manufacturing experience preferred

• Excellent communication skills

• Reliable transportation to site

• Adaptability to fast-paced food production
