Position: Health and Safety Officer Needed

Take charge as a Health and Safety Officer with an engineering leader. This hands-on role seeks to establish a proactive safety culture while engaged in projects across the UK and beyond.

Your responsibilities will include managing health and safety compliance, training, and audits while working closely with teams to enhance safety procedures. The position requires a strong background in health and safety regulations, especially in industrial or engineering environments. Communication and organizational skills are vital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the go-to for health and safety concerns

• Promote positive safety practices throughout the company

• Develop health and safety policies and RAMS

• Support teams on various project sites

• Coordinate training, inspections, and audits

Requirements:

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent

• Relevant experience in operational health and safety

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office

• Willingness to travel for project assignments
