Key Responsibilities:
• Establish relationships with customers and team members
• Assist Site Leaders with daily operations
• Train and validate inspectors' adherence to processes
• Document non-conformances and report them
• Troubleshoot process issues with the Site Supervisor
Requirements:
• Proficient in English; communication skills essential
• 1+ years in a quality-related position preferred
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Flexibility for varying work hours and travel
