The Compliance Supervisor is responsible for leading unionized Risk & Compliance Specialists while ensuring regulatory compliance with Ontario legislation. You will oversee quality management systems, training, and audits impacting community water services. This role is essential for maintaining social responsibility and environmental safety within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise team performance and provide technical guidance

• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations

• Lead DWQMS and WWQMS initiatives

• Analyze water quality data to mitigate risks

• Liaise with stakeholders during audits

Requirements:

• Degree in Environmental Science or related area

• 3-5 years in municipal compliance or operations

• Familiarity with environmental legislation

• Experience working in a unionized workplace

• Valid Class G driver's license
