In this position, you will independently conduct tests across various HVAC and Hearth product lines, generating quality data and actionable insights. Your efforts will directly impact product design and quality assurance by collaborating with engineering teams and participating in certification processes. You will enhance product integrity through rigorous analysis and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead performance testing aligned with industry standards
• Validate and analyze results using calibrated tools
• Troubleshoot product performance issues independently
• Collaborate in cross-functional product development efforts
• Assist with compliance testing and documentation
Requirements:
• Engineering Technology diploma or equivalent experience
• 3-7 years in testing or product development
• Knowledge of measurement and testing techniques
• Experience with data analysis tools and systems
• Familiarity with CAD software is a plus
