Baxter is seeking a full-time Microbiologist dedicated to quality assurance in manufacturing.

Your role will focus on routine testing, including bioburden, endotoxin, and environmental monitoring. You will collaborate closely with the team, providing critical support for sterilizer qualifications and ensuring compliance with strict standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily bioburden and endotoxin testing

• Collect and process air and surface samples

• Conduct environmental monitoring and critical systems testing

• Process biological indicators for sterilization

• Assist in data analysis and trending for investigations

Requirements:

• College diploma or University Degree in Microbiology

• Up to 2 years of microbiology quality assurance experience

• Proficiency in Word and Excel

• Knowledge of aseptic techniques

• Strong analytical and communication skills
