Hands-On Junior QA​/QC Manager for Food Manufacturing Excellence

Shape quality and safety at a new manufacturing plant as a hands-on Junior QA/QC Manager. Lead initiatives for compliance, continuous improvement, and successful audits.

In this pivotal role, you’ll manage quality systems and improve site-level food safety programs. With 3–4 years of experience in food manufacturing, your responsibilities include ensuring adherence to HACCP and GMP standards, overseeing daily QA/QC procedures, and conducting thorough investigations for compliance issues. Leadership experience will be beneficial as you foster collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead key HACCP food safety initiatives

• Ensure GMP compliance and readiness for audits

• Oversee daily QA/QC activities on the production floor

• Investigate non-conformances and implement CAPA

• Enhance quality documentation and SOPs

Requirements:

• 3–4+ years of QA/QC experience in food manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of HACCP and GMPs

• Experience with SQF/BRCGS audits preferred

• Proficient in root cause analysis and problem solving

• Some supervisory experience is beneficial
