Become a Technical Expert in Quality Improvement at Toromont Reman, focusing on reliability and performance enhancement. This full-time role emphasizes warranty investigations and root cause analysis to resolve product issues.
As the Process and Quality Specialist, you'll engage with multiple stakeholders, managing investigations to enhance the reliability of remanufactured products. Your efforts in statistical analysis and technical documentation will drive informed decisions and support continuous improvement initiatives. This role is crucial for ensuring quality standards and reducing warranty exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough technical investigations and troubleshooting
• Manage non-conformance and quality escape issues
• Implement quality improvement initiatives based on findings
• Prepare and share clear technical reports with stakeholders
• Monitor and analyze quality and performance data
Requirements:
• College or university education in mechanical engineering or related field
• Experience with heavy equipment and quality systems
• Proficiency in failure analysis and corrective actions
• Familiarity with Caterpillar products and systems
• Relevant training or certification in quality management preferred
