Quality & Compliance Lead, ISO/GDP & Claims
North American Freight Forwarding in Barrie, ON is seeking a Quality & Compliance Specialist to lead ISO 9001:2015 and GDP programs, manage SOPs and KPIs, and oversee regulatory alignment for freight claims and compliance.
The role partners with operations, warehousing and leadership to drive improvements, support audits, and ensure documentation stays current. A post-secondary diploma and 3-5 years in quality/compliance in logistics are preferred; ISO/GDP training is a plus.
