In the Regional Manager role, you will be responsible for optimizing the performance of residential communities, covering Niagara, Hamilton, Goderich, and Sarnia. Your leadership will focus on guiding Community Managers and their teams to ensure that operational standards and resident satisfaction remain high, all while managing budgets and capital planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee budget adherence and community asset maintenance

• Implement resident engagement initiatives and community events

• Assess community performance through inspections and metrics

• Lead hiring and development processes for community staff

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Expertise in property management or operations

• Strong leadership and financial management capabilities

• Excellent skills in communication and community relations

• Capacity to handle multiple operational priorities

• Travel flexibility within Ontario's regions
