Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and delegate to maintenance and administrative staff

• Manage operating budget and monitor monthly spending

• Process purchase orders and oversee contractor activities

• Ensure effective property maintenance and administrative management

• Conduct building inspections and address deficiencies

Requirements:

• 5+ years in residential property management

• Knowledge of RTA and HSA legislation

• Proficient with Yardi or similar software

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Reliable vehicle for site visits
