In this R&D Grow Technician role, you will support cutting-edge research initiatives at Cronos Group. Responsibilities include overseeing plant care, monitoring environmental conditions, and executing experimental designs. Your attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring high-quality data collection and analysis while engaging in collaborative projects with the R&D team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee irrigation and plant care in a research setting

• Troubleshoot grower challenges and product concerns

• Conduct experiments following defined protocols

• Collect and analyze relevant scientific data

• Present technical insights and reports to colleagues

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of plant growing experience

• Degree in Horticulture or related field

• Familiarity with IPM products is a plus

• Strong analytical skills and scientific methodologies

• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
