R&D Grow Manager

Position: R&D Grow Manager at Cronos Group
Lead agronomics research at Cronos Group as an R&D Grow Manager in Stayner, Ontario. This senior role emphasizes plant growth, experimental execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

As a vital member of Cronos, you will manage agronomic trials and oversee plant care operations at our flagship R&D site. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of plant growth and agronomic care

• Execute trials in line with experimental designs

• Mentor and coordinate the Agronomics technical team

• Troubleshoot grower challenges and implement solutions

Requirements:

• 4+ years of plant growing experience in research settings

• M.Sc. degree in a relevant field preferred

• Strong understanding of controlled-environment plant production

• Demonstrated ability in agronomic trial management

• Excellent communication and data analysis skills
