As a Research Analyst, you will assist with designing research projects, preparing reports, and performing statistical analysis. Support the Research & Academics Division through comprehensive literature reviews, ethics proposals, and effective data management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct literature searches to support ongoing research projects
• Prepare data entry forms and maintain data accuracy
• Assist in developing research ethics proposals for compliance
• Participate in data collection efforts including interviews
• Contribute to the evaluation and interpretation of research findings
Requirements:
• Bachelor's and Master's degree in behavioral/life sciences
• 1-3 years of applicable research training/experience
• Proficiency in statistical software like SPSS
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a results-oriented work ethic
