Back Shop Attendant

Overview

The Club at Bond Head is looking for an outgoing and responsible individual that would like to be part of the Golf Services team in a fast paced environment. Working with the team will prove to be both enjoyable and rewarding. • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing assistance and information to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Maintain the driving range by collecting, cleaning, and restocking golf balls, setting up practice areas, and ensuring the range is clean and safe for use.
• Oversee cart fleet maintenance, including cleaning, charging, staging carts, and reporting any mechanical or safety issues.
• Assist with the setup, operation, and breakdown of tournaments and special events, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
• Ensure the back shop area is organized, tidy, and safe at all times by following cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.

• Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
• Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be able to stand for an extended period of time
• Must be available for evening, weekends and holiday shifts

• Bending, balance, lifting (up to 30lbs), extended period of standing

• Seasonal position dependent on the weather and golf season
