Customer Service Representative - Part Time

We're hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative in Barrie, Ontario. In this role, you'll assist customers while ensuring our store is organized and welcoming for every shopper.

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be at the forefront of our operations, helping customers with their needs and managing cash transactions. Candidates should bring previous retail or similar experience along with strong relationship management skills. This role is essential for maintaining the store's reputation for great customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with questions and product guidance

• Conduct sales transactions at the cash register

• Oversee security of cash and company property

• Ensure merchandise is stocked and organized

• Clean and maintain store presentation and safety

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

• Experience in customer service or retail strongly preferred

• Ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs. regularly

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
