Part Time Team Lead at Wine Rack

Elevate customer experiences as a Part Time Team Lead at Wine Rack in Alliston, Ontario. Guide your team while ensuring excellent service and effective store operations.
In this leadership role, you'll oversee daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager. With at least 2 years of retail experience, including 1 year in a leadership capacity, you will coach team members to meet sales targets. Your responsibilities also include managing inventory, product ordering, and executing customer experience programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee store functions when the Store Manager is absent

• Meet and surpass sales targets through team coaching

• Implement and enforce store policies and procedures

• Assist with team training and member development

• Conduct inventory management and administrative tasks
Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in retail, 1 year in leadership

• Experience with POS systems and customer service

• Ability to lift up to 21 kilograms

• Must be at least 19 years old, High School diploma required

• Smart Serve certification needed
