As a Store Manager at Levi's, you'll lead by demonstrating a strong understanding of the brand’s history and ensuring excellent product knowledge. This part-time role involves using The 3C’s of Success:
Connect, Consult & Close to serve customers. You will also assist with store operations, including inventory management and visual presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Show understanding of Levi’s history and heritage

• Provide exceptional services using The 3C’s of Success

• Meet established sales and performance goals

• Ensure compliance with cash handling and security guidelines

• Assist with replenishment and maintain store appearance

Requirements:

• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain active

• Minimum of 1 year in customer service preferred

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Organized, structured, and adaptable approach to work
