Position: Columbia Sportswear Retail Associate
Location: The Blue Mountains

Deliver exceptional customer experiences as a Retail Associate at Columbia Sportswear. Engage consumers, leverage product knowledge, and enhance store profitability while ensuring a smooth checkout process.

At Columbia Sportswear, you will act as a Brand Ambassador and assist customers in finding products that suit their needs. This role involves engaging with customers through personalized conversations and leveraging your understanding of our products to drive sales. You will work closely with the Store Leadership Team to uphold the company's mission of connecting active people with their passions.

• Perform cash register transactions accurately

Requirements:

• No specific education required, High School Diploma preferred

• Up to 2 years of retail experience

• Strong interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to operate POS and retail software

• Must be 18 years or older
