Wine Rack is seeking a Sales Associate for its Alliston location, helping to inspire customers to savor the joys of wine. As a Wine Merchant, you'll provide outstanding service while participating in training and tastings of Arterra’s award-winning wines. Essential responsibilities include handling POS transactions, engaging customers, and maintaining a well-merchandised store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fun environment

• Manage POS transactions and process shipments

• Engage and educate customers about our wine selection

• Meet sales targets and participate in store events

• Maintain physical demands, including lifting and standing

Requirements:

• 19 years of age or older

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Smart Serve Certification necessary

• Retail experience is an asset

• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends
