Stock Unloader Associate

Position Summary

Working as a Stock Unloader Associate at Walmart Canada is an excellent opportunity to build hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced retail environment. In this role, you play a key part in keeping the store running smoothly by unloading trailers, processing merchandise, and moving pallets to the sales floor, all while maintaining a safe and clean workspace. You help support a positive customer experience and contribute to the store’s success.

• Receiving and Unloading Merchandise: prepares and resets the receiving area and unloads general merchandise trailers, including completing live unloading of remaining merchandise.
• Handle and Move Merchandise Safely: maintains cold chain standards for refrigerated and frozen products and pulls pallets of merchandise to the sales floor for overnight processing.
• Stocking and Customer Support: assists with stocking the sales floor as assigned and provides customer service when needed to support a positive shopping experience.
• Overstock Organization: labels and places overstock merchandise in designated areas to support efficient inventory management.
• Maintain a Safe and Clean Work Environment: follows company policies to keep a safe, clean, and hazard‑free workplace, completes safety sweep logs, and ensures displays and fixtures are secure.
• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule): be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
