Your role supports both customer service and store operational tasks.

As a Keyholder, you will engage with customers, provide product recommendations, and enhance their understanding of cannabis offerings. You will also manage daily store operations including merchandising, handling the POS system, and inventory checks. This is an excellent opportunity to grow in the retail cannabis sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a welcoming environment for all customers

• Provide knowledgeable cannabis product introductions

• Maintain a clean and organized store presentation

• Conduct transactions and produce receipts at the POS

• Assist with restocking and checking inventory

Requirements:

• Experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality

• Strong communication and customer service focus

• Cannabis selling certification necessary

• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs

• Pass a Criminal Record Check
