As a Keyholder, you will engage with customers while managing important store operations.
Your role involves promoting pet care knowledge, handling cash transactions, and ensuring the store runs efficiently. This position is ideal for someone with retail experience who is passionate about pets and community service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate customer sales and transactions effectively
• Manage inventory and assist with paperwork tasks
• Unload deliveries and stock the sales area
• Ensure cleanliness and efficiency in the store operations
• Open and close the store as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or customer service
• Proficient in POS systems and cash handling
• Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent service skills
• Capable of lifting heavy items, up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transport and valid driver’s license preferred
