• Support daily store operations and ensure operational standards are maintained
• Actively engage on the front lines to support store activities and customer service
• Assist with merchandising, inventory counts, and stock replenishment
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives for team members
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times

• Minimum of 2 years retail experience
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
