Responsibilities
Tailoring solutions and enhancing the retail experience in our stores, providing best in class service by connecting with customers and matching their needs to our wireless, internet, TV, home phone, and Mastercard products
Sales delivery: finding opportunities, anticipating customer needs, and delivering on sales targets
Customer engagement: engaging customers through inbound and outbound outreach programs (calls & text) to grow sales by acquiring new customers and driving overall customer retention
Brand promotion: representing Rogers and Fido brands in‑store and at local community events
Qualifications
Experience developing strong connections with customers and team members through clear, effective communication that drives positive outcomes and supports team and business goals
Ability to deliver against sales targets through exceptional customer service, strong product knowledge, customer‑focused upselling, and consistently contributing to overall store performance
Ability to quickly adjust to changing situations and find solutions to unexpected challenges in a dynamic environment
Availability of a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays, to meet customer demand and maintain strong performance results during peak times
