Join the Pet Valu team as a Keyholder, where your role is crucial in delivering outstanding pet care. You will ensure great execution in the store, enhancing customer experience, and driving profits. With a focus on safety, compassion, and expertise, you’ll assist with daily operations while representing the store in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead cashier and customer sales functions
• Prepare merchandise orders and manage banking paperwork
• Stock small items like pet supplies in the sales area
• Perform general store upkeep such as sweeping and dusting
• Assist with unloading delivery vehicles and stock heavy items
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong customer service skills and friendly demeanor
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation to the store
