As a Team Lead, you will assist the Store Manager in executing exceptional store operations. This role requires a minimum of 2 years in retail, including 1 year of leadership experience, to effectively guide your team in achieving sales goals and customer satisfaction. You'll also take charge of inventory, product ordering, and various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise store operations during the Store Manager's absence
• Drive sales and coach team members on performance
• Enforce policies to ensure a smooth operation
• Conduct training sessions and help develop team skills
• Manage inventory and administrative functions
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of retail experience, with 1 year in leadership
• Familiar with POS register and customer service roles
• Capability to lift 21 kilograms and perform physical tasks
• High School diploma or equivalent, minimum age of 19
• Smart Serve certification required
