This role on an 18-month contract will focus on maintaining operational excellence, including supervising the sales floor and ensuring safety compliance. Your significant retail management experience will be vital for onboarding, training, and supporting team engagement. Open availability is required for a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays to ensure continuous store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise overall floor operations and tasks

• Train team members in merchandising and service

• Handle customer complaints and service recovery

Requirements:

• 3+ years of retail supervisory experience
