As a vital member of the management team, the Retail Team Leader will oversee daily store operations along with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
Your role will specifically involve leading associates and ensuring exceptional customer service, as well as managing merchandising and inventory tasks. Strong leadership and multitasking abilities are required to thrive in this fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise store associates effectively
• Ensure top-notch customer service and satisfaction

Requirements:
• Minimum of one year retail experience
• 1-2 years in a supervisory position
